Refund before it's opened

Changed your mind? You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a story, as long as its share link hasn't been opened. Once anyone opens the share link, the story can no longer be refunded, even if it wasn't your partner. Opening your own link while signed in doesn't count.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email us. Paddle, our payment provider, sends the money back to your original payment method.

What happens next

Once refunded, the story's share link stops working. The story stays in your account, so you can buy it again later.

Charged twice, or your story isn't working? Email us anytime, even after 14 days, and we'll make it right.
